That's in Twickenham this Sunday coming (15th July) I just did a search on Maggie's name in the forum and her name hasn't been mentioned by anyone for over two years! (a scandal if you ask me!)

Anyway....here's the blurb from the TwickFolk newsletter

Jul 15th       MAGGIE BOYLE with Gordon Tyrrall    8 adv/ 9 door

Maggie is a traditional singer and flute player. Through her ballads, old and new, she continues the tradition of music and storytelling passed on by her Irish family. Now living in Yorkshire, she was born in London where she sang and played from an early age. She has worked with James Horner, The Chieftains, Incantation, Bert Jansch, Steve Tilston, John Renbourn, Eileen Jones (Gothenburg Ballet) and the Grand Acoustic Roadshow.
As well as her ongoing solo performing and recording, and regular appearances with Grace Notes, she has established duos with Chris Parkinson, Gordon Tyrrall , Frank Kilkelly.

Although grounded in traditional music and performing it regularly in folk clubs and at festivals in various formations, virtuoso guitarist Gordon also worked in theatre, radio and television (e.g.in the BBC production of Pride and Prejudice). He performs solo or in duos with Brian Peters as well as Maggie.
