However a big big biggy is decent food!!!!

For those who dont know where Brandy Wharf is click on this link

Brandy Wharf

You can zoom out to get a wider area map.

If you are coming from the Caistor direction, do not be confused if you see the Village sign saying Randy Wharf.
Was that you Tim that painted the B off?

I travel the world with my brandy in hand,
I've visited many a foreign land.
Seen bonny lasses as bandy as coots,
And wished I were home in the land of my roots.

Now your chorus.

I've lain with the bandiest lasses around,
I did it all, for the fun and the sport.
There's no shortage of bandy lasses and
I have several waiting in every port.

Your chorus again..........
Somebody else want a go?
Best wishes, Mike.

Willy the S. tells us, however, that "...alcohol quickens the desire, but spoils the performance." In his Scottish Play.

Brandy Wharf is not a million miles from me and possibly a number of South Humber based others. If there is a tunes session during the weekend I'd come along. Any firm ideas on that, post it here, I'll see about some extra bodies there. It is a nice pub.

Hey how many of you pro's are playing at this gig?
Seems that a profile on MRFC is worth its weight in Bookings.
We got dog sitters and everything now so we should be good for falling down water and listening to music.
Is the weather forecast any good.
Can you believe a guy who says he cant bring his Mandolin from Grimsby on his motorbaike? Doh!

I could make 12pm for a session if it's definitely on. (I'm seeing Ian tonight and will see if he's up for it too.)

Will check back later Sooz, to see if you've managed to reach critical mass!

Had a good time there in February - despite the weather - when they had a Morris team and tree dressing..something to do with the Orchard and such like. Excellent ciders!
Best wishes Dáithí

Hope to see you/hear you there Doug.
BTW Enjoyed your contributions on Tuesday you had everyone singign along as usual, and really appreciated your kind words re my poor efforts.
It is the support that we beginers recieve from the "old Hands" that makes the Tap and Spile nights so good at finding and bringing on new performers.
