From: GUEST,Sonnet

I heard today of the death (this weekend)of John Vaughan Pryce, formerly of Red Ciel and Taide Casadh. Does anyone have any further information, please?

It was at the time when he played in Taide Casadh with Rachael McShane, Jim Burch and Danny Cameron that I knew John. Many Sundays were spent rehearsing at our house.

A sad loss.

Many thanks for this information.

Having lost contact when John left Taide Casadh, I don't know whether it was a sudden death or if he had been unwell, or whether it was, in some way, of his own volition.

Thankyou, The Villan, for at least confirming what I'd heard.

Jay
