The song was written and performed by Keith Christmas this should be a link to his website, have you checked the DT ?I've seen the words somewhere recently, if I remember where I'll post them,
cheers for now.

The song is called Robin Head, and was written by Keith Christmas. It was recorded by Fred Wedlock on his Home Made (vinyl) record ca.1975.
The lyrics are in a thread named Weed Songs - just search on "Robin Head" to find them (my clickies are as good as Margaret Thatcher's promises).

Found it, if you search in the forum search box at the top of the page and put in "very merry men" you should pull up a link to an old thread that contains the lyrics,
cheers

Can someone find the "weed songs" thread? (I couldn't.) I have an addition for it.

Cheers,
Michael
