Subject: Looking for Catspaw
From: Gary T
Date: 13 Jun 02 - 02:09 PM

(NOT the same as "looking for the man who shot my 'spaw.")

'Spaw, I sent you a PM and thought I'd have gotten a reply by now. Then I figured if you're like me, you might not have noticed it was there. Let me know if you don't see this message.

Thanks, Gary

I looked in the loo, thinking it the most likely place, but he wasn't there.

Whose turn is it, to watch him, today, anyhow?

Okay, enough funnin'...He's around Gary. Patience.

I figured he was giving everyone the silent routine, because he hasn't gotten a PM from Bill Shatner yet. Or it could be the Big Mouth Billy Bass I sent has him so busy that he can't spare the time for Mudcat.

Well, this is a relief. I was beginning to think it was my breath.

You know, 'Spaw, if you ever did get lost I think we'd have half the Mudcat looking for you. Of course I think like Susan (WYSIWYG), and I'd probably bump into her searching the privy.

So how long do those corks need to be soaked, anyway? :-)

Is he really around Gary? I thought he was someplace around Columbus? And if you're looking in the privy, you have to look IN the privy.

"Corksoaker", Spaw? Either this is an Americanism I haven't yet heard or your spelling is really deteriorating!

I gotta go clean my keyboard.......

Yeah, the swine has been hiding from me for years. Won't answer my PMs (I have sent him at least 666 of them!), will not respond to my calls, ignores my full page ads. My God my! He has no sense of decency! (My kind of boy!)

But I shall continue to seek him. We have business to discuss! If anyone points him out for me, I'll make you an offer you can't refuse!

We have Dog Court here in our town, but it's for the owners who violate the Dog Law. (Such as, no making doghouses out of barrels. You cannot keep your dog in a barrel, period.) Go figure. I'm having trouble imagining who we could even attempt to hold responsible for Spaw. But save me a seat with the spectators, I'm coming over.

I TOLD you not to make me come over there!

~Susan

Lookie here, O.S., I know exactly where he is...he's sequestered with the backroom boys (mostly alumni of the Young Republicans, plus a few turncoat Democrats who secretly voted for Nixon), and they're planning how to fix the Shatner for Mudcat Icon election by issuing false data and spreading lies and innuendo.

My sources inform me that they are hanging out at the Howard Johnson's outside of Springfield, Ohio. Just follow your nose...you'll find him soon enough.

Oh, and thanks for the generous offer, but I'm glad to provide the above info for free.

Thanks, Little Hawk, but if the boy is in Springfield, Ohio, I don't need to see him....he's already in Hell!

But, since you did provide me with useful info, I will be glad to, uh..."intervene" in some things for you. Would you, say, like to have an exotic weekend with Mr. Shatner? It can be arranged!

Mr. Lucifer, the SpawMan passed (pun intended) through Kentucky on his way to Georgia. You could probably catch up with him there. Remember, follow your nose.

S is for Shatner, so slim and so svelte,

P is for pusillanimous, like your average Celt

A is for Amerikay, the land of the free

W is for whiskey, an' that's the thing for me

Put them all together, repeat again real slow
Those initials all spell SPAW you know

Where did the bugger go??

Failte.....Giok
