After a long thread and much debate here, England's national instrument was found to be the bell. Here are some other "English Instruments".

We don't have time zones. We have the correct time and other countries have time zones. Get over it!

My church has been meeting on Zoom since March, but yesterday (Christmas Eve) we had a service in the church parking lot. It was bitterly cold, and we stayed in our vehicles.

Word had come from the neighborhood that the bells were missed, so at 5:30 pm a few Christmas carols were played from the carillon. After the service, two or three more.

We did have a fire in our fire-pit, faithfully attended to by my dear husband. After the service, a few brave souls stood at the fire, wearing masks, and socialized. I joined them.
