For many years Albert Haim ran the Bix/website.

It doesn't seem to be working so well, it was a great archive.

Does anyone know the state of play?

This was Albert's. the links semm a bit iffy now. its a pity. Sorry to confess the last time I spoke with him, i think I upset him.

I said I thought the Whiteman/Bix recordings had been an excellent choice for the ghostly music in The Shining. It really sounded like a haunted ballroom. Almost too old fashioned to look at rationally.
