I guess I saw it in a different light. I took it as lighthearted, almost nonsensical--and refreshingly different, as I don't recall being called a "colonial" before. But of course, we each have our own perspective, which keeps life from being boring.

Am I the only curmudgeon Yank who would just as soon not hear various fireworks going off at odd times throughout the week? Hate to spoil anyone's fun, but it sure is annoying. (Just ask the pets!)
