It seems to me that this is NOT a tax rebate, but is an ADVANCE that you have no recourse but to accept, and therefore it might be the very best thing to put it in the bank in savings account you never use and forget about it until tax time next year! At least the rebate that shit in Ontario gave was a true rebate. ~ Jande
