Further English counties / regions put into tier 4. Have to ask why the whole of Sussex was not tier 4 earlier. Further areas (mainly in S.E. England) will be put into Tier 4 from 26 December Here in Dover they have not put us into tier 5 yet,we just have to put up with a large part of the town gridlocked. Any resident needing an ambulance will have a long wait. There is no Tier 5. Even Scotland with 5 tiers only goes up to Tier 4.
