How? First we install a sane Sec. of Education. Then we carefully institute programs in school curricula that teach 'thinking'... gently in lower grades, gradually getting more explicit as kids grow up, until by high school they are learning basic logic and reasoning and application of those to government. Why no, I don't know how to get all that past the right-wing naysayers who will condemn it as attempts to control minds. They already HAVE their preferred methods, largely infused with religious influences and exhortations about 'states rights'. Oh... and in the process, we begin limiting and reversing population growth! No.. I won't hold my breath... I don't look good in blue...
