Our glorious UK postal service have a new (?) service of picking up your mail/parcels so you don't have to travel to a Post Office. Ironically, I had two leaflets through my door on the subject (10 minute walk to PO) and GF & friends who live in more rural areas have had no leaflets! I presume you buy postage+premium on-line and some passcode/barcode print-out. I can see someone needing it, but why not target those who benefit the most? Nice idea, shame about the execution.
