I think your numbers are off by a factor of a thousand there, Jeri - should be a 1million majority, and 13 million non-voters. I agree about our system, Kevin - I would prefer a system of PR here myself - but I still believe that the mechanics of voting are simpler in the U.K. than the US, and less open to manipulation. A perfect example of the shit-show of US election malpractice can be seen here...
