Wish I could help. I've just tried again and not only can I read it I can download it and by some miracle the computer will read it aloud to me if I like. I could also download it to read at leisure off line.

It is very good on MacColl and his modernist theories as well as having useful stuff on Topic Records and the revival generally. A really good discussion of the Radio Ballads and how they were made.

Some comment on the emergence of the folk club as a space, and for me a very interesting discussion about just as a photo isn't simply a record of what was there, neither is a sound recording
