canalwheeler, why a victim chooses to report or not report something is entirely up to them and there are good reasons they may choose not to report or may delay reporting for long periods. Such delays have no bearing whatsoever on the veracity of their allegations. Innocent until proven guilty, yes, but anyone making an allegation also has the right to be treated with respect. And, people, please bear in mind that since he has been charged there are rules on what can and cannot be said.
