ollaimh BS: Native North Americans protest (64* d) RE: BS: Native North Americans protest 11 Jan 13

if you are goping to take legal advice from gnu well you are a lost soul. in fact if you are going to take any advice from gnu you are probably a lost soul.
gnu did you know that natives had a different legal syatem where they didn't pay land taxes, and still don't on reserves. i know the idea that there are people in the world who are different from you must be so bizzartro that your head is exploding. NATIVE HEKD LAND HAS NEVER BEEN SUBJECT TO TAX!!! YOU IDIOT!!
as to campion, no one is suggesting that, anyone lsoe anything. tthere are only a tiny number of land claims that are for presently deeded land, and they are for specific religious spots. in fact the present land claims in canada filed by native groups exempt deeded land within the claim in almost all cases as a concession to white power(rather kind of the native groups--a kindness i have never seen returned.

finally i am beginning to wonder if mudcat is worth the time when the sanest comment like campios still suggests that natives ae going to take something away from us. are any of you adults who can tie their shoes?

native land claims are for group inherited land under law that existed before the white man came, and as such are still mostly under bnative law when the get the land. its really simple. you have to be an idiot or a bigots not to get it.i admit these are ignorant bigots not idealogical bigots--they probably don't even know what an ideology is, but ignorant bigotry looks the same as any other form of hate to thoise subjected to it.

so gnu your love for your native brothers looks exactly the same as hate to all good and decent people
