Seems unlikely it's the same song. The two Irish phrases are slightly different: "Slán libh" is equivalent to "Goodbye" , "Slán abhaile" is nearer to "Safe home!".

Interesting that Kearney used "Éire" rather than "Erin", at that time - unless Greaves altered it.
