We have been watching this too; so glad to hear you are safe, Skarpi, and thanks for keeping us posted. I remember when we lived in Iceland going out in the evening to view the glow of the eruption and the lava flow, and the foolish folks who kept creeping a little closer and a little closer until the hot stony earth burst their tires. It all made for some amazing photos, but far better to see from a safe distance, and NOT with one's home or livelihood at stake!
