It was a good festival - one of the best I've been to.

I did go into the traders' tent for at least 10 minutes. You just feel that everyone's eyes are on you when it's empty. I spent a long time deliberating over whether or not to buy a pair of shoes.

I was one of those 'very few' people. We were the dripping dejected couple standing under the small canopy by the smoothie stall. They did a very nice warming cup of coffee there. Eventually we managed to squeeze into the area with tables. I didn't know that there were seats in the bar, though we enjoyed the music coming from the tent.

I don't mean to nit pick. It's just that festival organisers ask for feedback - and then get narky when some of the feedback is not to their liking. I know that most festival organisers make you leave the marquee in between concerts - I don't know what the answer is. How do they manage to do all the tuning up at Cambridge?

At the same time, I wish they had seats in the marquees at Cambridge!

We'll come again - even though it was a 2-hour 80+ mile journey.

I agree about Keith Donnelly. I always enjoy his contribution to festivals.
