GUEST,Sarah Lyr Req: Goodnight Mr. Moon (66* d) Goodnight Mr Moon 28 Dec 07

Wondering if anyone can help?
My Grandma used to sing this to me, and I now sing it to my children, but no one else has ever heard of it. Does anyone know the origin and is there any more verses? I would love to find out.
The version I know is as follows;

Goodnight Mr Moon, we will have to go and leave you,
Goodnight Mr Moon, come again and see us soon,
And when we're asleep,
Through the window pane you'll peep,
We will wake up and call out, Goodnight Mr Moon.

Many thanks
Sarah
