Outside of western Europe and the U.S., I think most countries still adhere to the life + 50 rule. In western Europe, I think Switzerland still has life + 50. I have no certain knowledge of any country with shorter terms than this, though there might be some. I believe the rule of the Universal Copyright Convention is a minimum of 25 years, once renewable, a "minimum maximum" of 50 years. Sorry I can't be of more help on this point. T.
