as quoted from above: Subject: RE: A (sort of) challenge to US folkies From: artbrooks Date: 15 Oct 04 - 07:09 AM BTW, Dick Greenhaus at Camsco Records has Song Links I, 2 CDs for $25 plus S&H. When I e-mailed him the other day he said he was on the way to the Getaway with his record supply. here is the contact info: Dick Greenhaus at CAMSCO http://www.camsco.com/ e-mail: (dick@camsco.com ) "If it's Folk, we'll get it for you.": Camsco Music, 28 Powell St., Greenwich, CT 06831, 800-548-Folk. ... the new thread title is more accurate, and enticing, thanks! and Wind Words form Wyoming is a successful project... and sociciting advanced pre-payment is a good lway to jump start a project, and generate interest and support. (I have my copy and am glad i do!!) and by the way, pay pal is not restricted to credit cards.. you can use a bank account, in fact there is an advantage to setting up your pay pal account thru a checking acc't rather than a credit card. how much, by the way is the cost of the c.d. for those who donate to sponsor a track? seems like it it will take a dozen ofr two folks to make up the track amouont of 300- 500 $ , then if each person gets a substantial discout (at cost? is that like $3-5?) that may not be the way the deal was intended to go...seems like the original plan may have been to offer ONE person a discount if they pitch in for one track??
