There's an old blues song called "Death Come Creepin'" (also known as "Run, Sinner, Run" if I'm not mistaken) than Mance Lipscomb and others used to do.

There's the classic Appalachian spiritual "O, Death."

Don't forget "St. James Infirmary" (aka "Those Gambler's Blues") or "Gravedigger Blues."
