CRANKY YANKEE Icelandic Vikings In Mall of America.... (28) RE: Icelandic Vikings In Moll of America.... 19 Aug 03

Just in case anyone is interested:
There is a structure in Tuoro Park, Newport Rhode Island, USA, that is identical to hundreds of pagan places of worship throughout scandinavia. Leif Erikson named his colony "Vineland" because there were grapevines growing wild there. The aforementioned tower was there when the first English Settlers arrived, and, we know that the "First Americans" could not have built it. because they didn't have the wherewith or technology. Furthermore, there are only two places in North America where grape vines grow wild. They are Martha's Vineyard, a group of Islands in Massachusetts
and the island of "Rhode Island" in the "State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations". Newport is one of the three municipalities on Rhode Island. The other two are the Villiage of Middletown and the Township of Portsmouth. We have the smallest land area, the longest coastline and the longest name in the country.
